Where it all began

At 18, I was a student-athlete battling injuries, unsure if my dream of being a collegiate runner was still possible. My identity relied of being a student AND AN ATHLETE (which needed to change). 

At 19, I discovered personal development, and my mindset was transformed. I learned and applied lessons that even my college professors weren't teaching and everything shifted. 

Through years of mindset work and taking action, I earned my college scholarship, I became part of championship teams, and was awarded NCAA DII Academic All-America. I earned a Master's degree and moved on to coach championship teams and work with hundreds of students and high performers on their mindset. 

The real win wasn't in the sport. It was uncovering my purpose to empower others to be gutsy and rise!

 We are alike

Even if our dreams and journeys are different, we've both felt pulled in the direction of something that is too big too ignore! 

Think of your craziest dream or goal…you know which one I’m talking about, the one that makes you feel butterflies inside, feels a little far-fetched, and simultaneously gets you excited and brings a smile to your face! That’s the one! 

I firmly believe that if it is in your mind, it is for a reason, and I encourage you to pursue it.
